FERN AND BIRCHES
The colours we get in the forest and surrounding woodland after some rain are so beautiful. I still struggle with all that green colour, but my forest and woodland are green at this time of the year so I just have to keep my photography away from the sunlight, or at least mainly ambient light.
issue, but it's not any easier to frame the image. So many trees and branches that poke into the frame and mess up the border, so have to do a lot of cleaning around the edges of my images in post.
One of my biggest problem is deciding on my main subject or the focal point, and at the same time get good separation between the trees. Walking around and trying different viewpoints have become a necessity, and hopefully improved my photography a bit.
This image started as a close up of that Fern to the left, but as I was trying different viewpoints I included the tree behind it and so on until I ended up with this panorama. I'm very satisfied with the end result.
💥Tip💥
Be open Minded, try several viewpoints, even different crop too, and remember; The light changes all the time.
